Charles Morgan, who was ousted by the Morgan Motor Company's board this week after a decade at the marque, has released a statement reacting to his forced departure, and confirming his intention to fight the decision. You can read the statement in its entirety below. Charles Morgan has posted a single entry on a personal blog, outlining his dismay at the decision, and announcing he will appeal against the board.
We got a chance to sample the BMW Concept X5 eDrive, a plug-in hybrid version of the BMW X5 luxury SUV, ahead of its appearance at BMW's New York auto show press conference. While comprehensive driving impressions will have to wait for a longer test, we were able to get some quick impressions of the new BMW hybrid at the company's New Jersey headquarters. The X5 eDrive made short work of the hills and curves around BMW's campus, with all mechanical systems working pretty seamlessly.
The Pininfarina Nido, the quirky pedestrian-friendly microcar from the 2004 Paris auto show, is being dusted off for another showing. This time, it will appear as part of an exhibit to bring Italian culture and innovation to Japan. The event runs from Sept.
